I Am The Change Film Project 2010

In the last two years, 500 filmmakers have participated and made a difference. A two day annual film festival later in the year, will showcase all these films as well as shared with various internations festivals, institutions and organizations.

I Am The Change Film Project 2009

From a computer engineer who distributes footwear to needy, to a grandfather who gives food to ants, 'I Am The Change Film Project' celebrates stories of such everyday heroes who through their selfless service reflects hope, love and compassion. Filmmakers, ametuers, students and everyone are invited to capture these stories on camera in just 101 hours.

We have evolved from being a competition to sharing, from a project to process and through this change we believe transformation is inevitable. (Please visit our website for more info)

In Jan 2007, MAM Movies in association with Peacock Project, had organized The Genesis Film Project where 101 filmmakers made short films for 101 NGO’s in 101 hours. Following the success of previous event, we now take this project one step further and Invite 101 qualified filmmakers to make 5 min short films on 101 NGO’s from 4 Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata) in 101 Hours. Seva Journals 2008

Seva Journal project will serve non-profit organizations by making short films to tell their stories. By working with volunteers and professional filmmakers, Seva Journals team will be able to produce films at a fraction of the cost of commercial production houses. With the addition of this kind of powerful marketing tool, small to medium-sized non-profit organizations can more effectively raise funds, recruit volunteers and educate their local communities about their services. She Creates 2007

Girl students of 10-15yrs from schools in Dharavi to International and public schools of Mumbai, come together to participate in a film workshop and make short films on women’s issues and female feticide. (Please visit for more info)

Genesis Film Project 2007

In an attempt to inspire youth to get connected with local charities we launched The Genesis Film Project. In a time restriction of 101 hours, 101 filmmakers made 5 min short films on 101 NGOs. Supported by and few other organizations, Genesis project took place on January 2nd 2007 in Mumbai and is considered to be one of the biggest film competitions for a social cause.
